Pablo relocated to join General Propeller in 2006. He began his career in the propeller market as a PropScan certified technician, repairing propellers and managing a major propeller shop in Puerto Rico for 5 years. Pablo brings an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As an inboard/custom sizing specialist, he has been instrumental in our overseas and Latin American sales. He has been in the propeller world for more than 20 years. When he is not troubleshooting ways to make your boat run more efficiently, he is spending time with his family, out fishing, working on cars.

Dante has transitioned from the medical field and the hotel industry; he has been a great asset to the inside sales team. Among his great qualities is the ability to guide a customer in a sales transaction with the best patience, detailed orientation and keep in mind if he does not have the answer, he will do the best to research it. He is a sports oriented guy and you will find him on the weekends enjoying time with his family.

Shannon is a Bradenton local, and has been with General Propeller since 2017. She is our Web Sales specialist who can be found greeting our customers at the front counter when they visit the shop. She is crucial for our daily operations, logistic wise and very competent with our customers and suppliers relations. Whether you place an online order, or stop by to pick up, she will quickly find what you need and get you back on the water . When not at the office Shannon enjoys listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff has been with General Propeller since 1988 and has worked his way up from all tasks in the propeller shop to become the reconditioning and Prop Scan Shop Manager. With over 30 years propeller repair in General and PropScan repair combined experience, Jeff has mastered the art of propeller repair. Equally as impressive, is his the ability to teach others those skills and he has trained some of the best repair technicians in the country. He personally manages the customer service of all the PropScan repairs. Rest assured when your propellers are with General Propeller they are in the best hands in the business.
